The endpoint is https://socialholmes.com/mcp. Authenticate with the same key as the REST API.

A client that cannot send a header can put the key in the address instead: https://socialholmes.com/mcp?key=lb_…. Treat that address like a password.

Tools#

Eight tools, however many platforms there are. The platforms and endpoints are listed inside scrape, so a new one needs no new tool.

• list_platforms — Every platform and endpoint on the account, with parameters.
• find_creators — Rank the accounts posting about a subject in a place.
• scrape — Run any endpoint and wait for the results.
• get_run — Status of a run.
• get_results — Read a finished run's results, page by page.
• list_runs — Recent runs, filtered by platform or status.
• cancel_run — Stop a run that is queued or running.
• account — Plan, credit balance and limits.

How a request plays out#

Runs are asynchronous. scrape waits up to 10 seconds by default (60 at most) and returns the results if the run finishes in time. Otherwise it returns a run id and the assistant polls get_run, then reads get_results. Large runs and the composite endpoints can take many minutes, which is normal.

Each result delivered costs one credit; a run that returns nothing costs nothing. If there are not enough credits the call fails with a payment_required error, and an account has a limit on runs in flight.
